Miles & Lux is a luxury travel agency. Tell us where you want to go and we'll put the whole trip together, from the flights between cities and the cars to the hotels and the days in between.
The itinerary
One plan, from the moment you land to the moment you fly home
- Multi-city flights
- Three cities in ten days means flights in the right order at sensible times. We work out the routing so you aren't doubling back, and if you have points or miles, we'll find where they go furthest.
- Transfers and getting around
- Airport pickups, the drive between hotels, trains, and a car for the day when it makes sense. It's all planned and on your itinerary before you leave.
- The hotels
- Chosen for the trip you're taking, often at negotiated rates you won't find booking direct. At partner hotels, the perks usually come with the room. We've stayed in a lot of them ourselves.
- The days in between
- Where to eat, which tables to book weeks out, what's worth the drive, and what you can skip. We plan it around how you like to travel.
Complimentary chauffeur service
Your car from the airport, on us
At select properties and on qualifying rates, we include chauffeur service at no extra cost. Someone is waiting when you land, and the first hour of the trip is already handled. It depends on the hotel and the rate, so we'll always tell you up front whether your booking includes it.
Gifts from us
Something extra, every time
Every booking with us comes with gifts and extras from Miles & Lux. Depending on the trip, that can be anything from a bottle of premium champagne or spirits waiting in your room to a driver by the hour. It's part of a premium experience like no other.
Rates and perks
Often better than booking direct
We have negotiated rates and perks you won't find on a hotel's website, and some of our deals come with double points. We also book through preferred partner programs, including Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club, Rosewood Elite, Marriott STARS and Marriott Luminous. At most partner hotels, that adds:
- Daily breakfast for two
- A room upgrade when one is available
- A hotel credit to spend during your stay
- Early check-in and late checkout when possible
- VIP treatment from the hotel team when you arrive

Your points
Your points, put to work
Sitting on credit card points or airline miles? We'll help you get the most out of them. That means working out which airline or hotel program to move them to, looking for award seats on the flights you want, and saving your cash for the parts of the trip where points don't stretch.
Booking through us doesn't cost you your status, either. At hotels with a loyalty program, you keep earning points and elite night credits, and when a deal comes with double points, we'll make sure you know.
We're your point of contact
Once you book with us, you talk to us, and we talk to the hotel. Before you arrive, we tell them about the occasion, the room and anything you need. If something comes up during the stay, tell us and we'll sort it out with the hotel.
Set it and forget it
Most people book a trip and then spend weeks managing it. You won't. Once the plan is set, we keep track of the confirmations, the pickup times and the dinner reservations, and you get one itinerary with all of it in one place.
Kids and adults alike
We plan family trips as carefully as anniversaries. Connecting rooms, cribs, kids' clubs and restaurants that welcome children, or the quietest adults-only hotels when it's just the two of you.
We've logged 44 stays across 17 countries so far, and they're all on the globe. When we recommend a place, it's usually because we've been there.

No, and it can cost less. We have negotiated rates and perks that aren't public, so booking with us is often better than booking direct. Hotels pay our commission, so there's no planning fee, and you get us to call if anything comes up.
Yes, our minimum booking is $3,000. For long-term clients, we can often go lower. If that's you, just ask.
Yes to both. At hotels with a loyalty program, you earn points and elite night credits, and some of our deals come with double points. If you have credit card points or airline miles, we'll help you use them for flights and hotels.
