Meet Daniel and Jackie

Miles & Lux started with a question our friends kept asking: where should we stay? We traveled a lot, mostly to hotels we'd wanted to see for years, and we kept notes on all of it, down to which room to ask for next time.

Eventually the answer turned into a business. Miles & Lux is a luxury travel agency now. We book through partner programs, including Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Marriott STARS and Marriott Luminous, so at those hotels you usually get extras like breakfast and an upgrade when one is available. We also plan the rest of the trip around the hotel, from flights and transfers to the days in between.

How we work

We're a small agency on purpose. When you book with us, you deal with the two of us, and we stay your point of contact with the hotel until you're home. What we do has the details, and booking with us starts with a short form.

The best stay is rarely the most expensive one. It's the one that fits the trip.
